Centered around a unique, open-living concept—our signature “air-flow” design that maximizes coastal breezes—the 40/20 combines ample outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining with efficiently-designed and comfortable interiors. Complete with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, 1&1/2 baths (plus option for an additional outdoor shower), it’s a turn-key holiday home that’s ready to go.

To make your holiday home design-build experience even easier and more lightweight, we offer four Color Packages inspired by the essence of South Lombok and, particularly, Selong Belanak beach and surrounding area.
Color Packages set the tone for the interior and exterior Pantai Pod™ color schemes (paint, tile, etc.). Additional interior design (curating and purchasing furniture, art and accessories) can be provided if desired.
